This paper details the creation of two lines of POGZ mice to compare. One line was specific to excitatory neurons, and the other was specific to inhibitory neurons. While the foundation wasn’t directly involved in this study, it was authored in part by a member of our medical advisory board, Dr. Sagiv Shifman.
