Chromatin Remodeler ADNP Regulates Neurodevelopmental Disorder Risk Genes and Neocortical Neurogenesis
This study investigates how ADNP, a chromatin remodeling protein linked to neurodevelopmental disorders, influences the expression of risk genes and the development of the neocortex. ADNP belongs to the same chromatin remodeling complex (ChAHP/NuRD) as POGZ, making findings about its role potentially relevant to understanding White-Sutton syndrome. No abstract was available, but the research appears to examine gene regulation during brain development. Results may shed light on shared molecular pathways underlying POGZ-related and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
