GPF Platform Used to Analyze Large SFARI Autism Cohort Data
This study describes the use of the Genotypes and Phenotypes in Families (GPF) platform to analyze the large and complex autism cohort dataset from the SFARI (Simons Foundation Autism Research Initiative) collection. GPF is designed to help researchers manage and query large-scale genetic and phenotypic data from families affected by autism spectrum disorder. Tools and platforms like this support the discovery of gene-specific findings relevant to conditions such as White-Sutton syndrome, where POGZ is a key gene of interest.
