Prenatal Diagnosis of White-Sutton Syndrome: Craniofacial Abnormalities and Microcephaly Identified in Second Trimester

This case report describes prenatal diagnosis of White-Sutton Syndrome (WSS) detected during the second trimester of pregnancy. The authors identified fetal craniofacial features — including micrognathia (small jaw) and ear abnormalities — as potential new prenatal indicators of WSS, alongside microcephaly. With only two prenatal WSS cases previously reported in the literature, this report adds important insights into what WSS may look like before birth, potentially enabling earlier diagnosis.
